According to Administrative Bylaws, section 2: 1. Accredited and junior members of the Association may be elected as members of the council. 2. Up to two (2) candidate members of the Association may be elected as directors of the council providing these candidate members have; (a) Two (2) years experience approved by the Registrar; and (b) Completion of: (i) UBC Certificate Program in Real Property Assessment; or (ii) Equivalent courses to (i) in the UBC Diploma Program in Urban Land Economics (DULE) – Assessment Specialization.
